We use our own processing line for walnuts.
Each stage of processing in our production is regulated by Technical Conditions. The walnut processing takes place in two stages: using special high-quality equipment and additional manual processing for visual inspection.
High product quality
Our company only sells premium certified products.
Walnuts should not only be delicious but also healthy, so we strive to preserve all the beneficial properties of the product. Quality control is carried out in laboratory conditions in accordance with national and international standards. Regarding the safety of our products, we follow the recommendations of the Codex Alimentarius: our products undergo testing for pesticide content, agrochemicals, heavy metals, bacteria, and mycotoxins. We use developed methods to reduce and prevent the formation of aflatoxins, as this mycotoxin is the most dangerous for our products.
Storage conditions
The nutritional value of walnuts depends on the content of biologically active substances and vitamins. To ensure that the product retains its properties, we maintain the necessary storage conditions and adhere to strict sanitary and hygiene standards for warehouse facilities.

Packaging
The right choice of packaging allows ensuring the integrity of goods during transportation and preserving the quality of the products.
We package walnut kernels in 10 kg portions in five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes or, upon the customer’s request, vacuum-seal the product in 5 kg portions. We are ready to accommodate other customer preferences as long as it does not compromise the product quality.
